最近我在读张功和老师的《幸福的秘密》-本心疗法与心理健康，这本书是吴姐推荐给我的。近期联系时我才知道她换了工作，转到了慧苑心理咨询工作室，这让我既惊讶又有些好奇。</p>

她告诉我，想做更垂直深耕的工作，不再局限于表面的横向拓展，而是专注于心理健康领域的深入研究。她还提到，这一领域的创始人张功和老师原本是省级优秀物理教师，却调整了人生计划，跨界来到广州创立了慧苑心理咨询中心。从理科属性的物理领域，跳到偏感性的心理学，这样大的跨度让我十分好奇背后的原更让我感兴趣的是，张老师还将阳明心学融入本心疗法，这让我迫切想一探究竟。</p>

当然，我也抱着明确的期待，希望通过这本书有所收获，既能帮助自己，也能惠及孩子和学生，若是真能起到作用，便是一件助人达己的美事。上周我参加了一天的公益学习，王姐说，公益的核心价值在于“连接”——它能将有着不同需求的人聚在一起，形成一个互助平台：有人想帮助他人，有人看到了行业商机，也有人希望自身获得帮助。但仅有连接远远不够，“公益+专业”才能真正帮到更多人。专业是价值的核心，没有专业，一切都无从谈起。就像物理学，牛顿的三大定律之所以是专业的体现，是因为它看透了宏观世界的规律；而随着认知发展，微观领域又诞生了量子力学，这说明专业永远在与时俱进，其本质是对底层逻辑和规律的持续探寻。</p>

接触下来，张老师给我的感觉是经验深厚且正心正念。从他信手拈来的案例中，能清晰感受到他的专业性，也知道他确实帮助过很多人。他分享的出发点并非单纯售卖课程，而是希望实现自我价值——这符合需求层次理论，当生理、安全、爱与归属、尊重等基础需求得到满足后，自我实现便成了自然的追求，也能看出他的公心。此外，他的思维逻辑十分理性，正如他所说，自己是“心比较自由”的人。在与来访者交流时，他并不费力，核心方法是“彼之道还施彼身”：借助来访者自身的思考功能解决其问题，咨询师仅起到引导作用，不灌输额外观点。这很像师生关系，老师只需适当点拨，让学生自主思考得出答案，这种从内生长的认知，远比外部给予更有力量。他还提到“教学相长”，咨询师与来访者、医生与患者、老师与学生等所有互动关系中，双方都能从交流中反思成长，这一点让我十分认同。</p>

张老师的独特之处，在于他跳出了心理学常见的感性认知框架，用物理学的科学视角研究心理问题。用理性探索充满感性的主观精神世界，这本是看似的“短板”，却被他转化成了独特的“长板”，这种逆向思维令人印象深刻。</p>

不过，课程也有可以优化的地方。课程分为 A、B、C、D 四个层次，A 班是基础班，讲解核心概念；B班面向咨询场景，C 班侧重治疗，D 班则针对精神类问题。张老师授课时会结合案例，偶尔妙语频出，让人豁然开朗，但课程中涉及的概念较多且抽象，前期听下来难免觉得有些单一枯燥。由于第二天要陪伴家人——对我而言，家人相处的时光同样至关重要——我没能参加后续课程，听说第二天会有现场案例展示，我特别好奇他是如何通过谈话启发来访者：怎样引导他们理性思考，触及内心深处的想法，探寻情绪背后的根源，从情绪入口深入潜意识，将不自由的非理性想法转化为可自由选择的认知，最终解决问题。</p>

上完一天课，我的求知欲被彻底激发了。人有三种本能欲望：食、性、求知欲。食让人维持机体存活，性让种族繁衍，而求知欲则让人不断成长、发展，是人类最原始也最重要的动力。我本身就偏向思维型，对未知充满好奇，课后满脑子都是“为什么”，这种想要探寻答案的冲动，正是求知欲的本能体现。</p>

回到家后，我便开始阅读《本心疗法》。这本书的脉络清晰、逻辑严谨，很符合理科的思维方式，读起来并不费力。书中不仅阐述了本心疗法的核心观点、病理观和治疗方式，还对比了它与当下其他心理学流派的异同。虽然有些内容需要反复研读，但阅读过程中我忍不住频繁批注、与书中观点互动，足见这本书的思想深度——它不像那些枯燥无价值的读物，而是能引发读者思考、与读者观点碰撞交融的好书，也能感受到作者的用心。</p>

书中有几个观点让我十分认同。其一，情绪是潜意识外漏的信号，而非单纯的症状。喜怒哀乐是人的本能反应，部分源于集体潜意识，部分则来自个人成长中的不良经历——为了自我保护，这些经历带来的痛苦会被隔离到心理深层，但并未消失，就像“心理病毒”，在特定刺激下可能会干扰甚至影响生活，积累过多还可能引发更严重的问题。张老师举了李小龙的例子：他因害怕蟑螂而感到羞耻，通过把蟑螂串起来挂在脖子上的行为压抑情绪，张老师推测，他的猝死可能与心理层面的问题相关；而陈晓旭、张国荣等明星的困境，归根结底也是内心的执念、不自由的想法所致。</p>

我的理解是，症状就像“立竿见影”中的“影”，影子的存在证明了“竿（” 问题本质）的存在。如果只盯着影子想消除它，永远解决不了根本问题；只有拔掉“竿”，影子才会自然消失。因此，症状并非需要消灭的“敌人”，而是有价值的求救信号，我们应以它为契机，像剥洋葱一样层层剖析，直到触及问题根源，让不自由的想法变得可自由选择，才能真正解决问题。</p>

其二，情绪是“主观产生、客观存在、想法参与”的结果。情绪不会无缘无故出现，它源于人的主观思维；但情绪一旦产生，就无法否认或控制，具有客观性；而同样一件事，不同人会有不同情绪体验，核心在于想法的差异——这与 ABC 理论的核心观点不谋而合。比如考试失利，有人会感到痛苦丢脸，有人却视之为成长机会，关键就在于各自的认知和想法。</p>
